About the PLNC
Established the 15 April 2023, the Preliminary Lnug National Council, (here after referred to as the "PLNC") is the 1st Lnug governing body since 1611 AD. The Lnug "Nation", consist of all individuals of Lnug Heritage. These are individuals who can trace their lineage back to the Indigenous population of L'num'tgi, prior to 1900.
L'num'tgi
Owing to the 1604 slow-creep invasion, depopulation and disinformation efforts of the Canadian government and other Canadian affiliated forces, our Lnug population is a diverse one. It is composed by the mixing of 2 races and multiple political designations. Some of these political designations include Lnug who identify as: Mi'kmaq, Acadian, Cajan, Bajans, Jamaican, Haitian, Sierra Leonean, Senegalese, Americans, Canadians and more. With an identifiable population of at least 196,700 Lnug, who are eligible for Lnug citizenship.
As a result of these Canadian disinformation programs dispensed primarily through provincial "history" programs, residential schools, reserve-education programs and perpetuated through Canadian media outlets few Lnug nationals are aware of their Lnug heritage. This reality has contributed heavily to our mandate as the PLNC.
Why Become a Citizen?
Citizenship is a marriage between the nation and the citizen where both are responsible for and to the each other. Citizenship amongst the Lnug exists for the same reasons that it exist amongst other nations. We organize our nation around our shared ethnic heritage, history, current shared challenges and triumphs. We Lnug form citizenry to the ends of collective and individual self-respect, to restore pride in our people, collective-bargaining, investment, economic liberation and elevation, environmental, personal, and national preservation, cultural and physical restoration, celebration and perpetuation of all these standards for 7 generations.

This means that the PLNC, as a governing body is responsible for generating the ideas creating the plans and executing said plans on behalf of its citizenry to those ends. As the citizen invests into the nation as a whole benefits become available to the citizenry.
Who Are the Lnug?
The Lnug are the original indigenous people of L'num'tgi, a territory composed of what is most frequently referred to as the "Gaspe, New Brunswick, PEI, & Nova Scotia". We are a people who were invaded by Imperial Britain, and whose land is inaccurately included in Britain's so-called "dominion of Canada". In their imperial attempts at subjection the British misnomer us with a variety of intentional misidentifying monikers. These include but are not exclusive to "Mi'kmaq, Acadians, Black, Indians, Metis, Afro-Canadian, Afro-American, Black-Loyalists, Slaves, Negroes, Mulattos, Mustees etc. We Lnug reject all of these terms as none are self-imposed and all denigrate. The Lnug have failed to agree on collective leadership since 1611 and instead currently exist as fractured factions of leadership. The LNC aims to unite these factions once more. Lnug lore teaches us that we were once the union of 7 families whom descended from the divine. If we people of the rising sun can remember our traditions maybe we can remember how to treat each other with the air of divinity we are so famous for. Lnug National citizens strive toward this and other goals with high expectations of their governance and while meeting higher expectations of citizenship for themselves.
While duties are the bare minimum for citizenship the LNC very much welcomes direct donation to help meet goals. Maybe you are a Lnug citizen aiming to invest in yours, and your children's futures. Maybe you are the descendant of imperial incursionists and would like to give back to help settle integrational theft-debts, all are welcome as the LNC receives no foreign national support and holds no corporate funding, we are completely grassroots governance for Lnug People, by Lnug People. We appreciate the selflessness of allies who support the restoration of the nation through economic repatriation to our sovereign-governance structure.

There is no greater restitution than land restoration. Maybe you find yourself at a crossroads, having moved away from "Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, or the Gaspé" and yet you have inherited lands in our territory of L'num'tgi. You are a good person with no intension to ever return to the maritimes. Why not restore ownership to the lands indigenous population? The LNC recognizes this type of selfless act by an individual with honours absolutely forgiving the intergenerational debt incurred not only by the individual, but by all generations of that individual's direct lineage to come after bestowing the title of "Ni'kmaq" and guaranteeing sanctuary whenever there is threat. Maybe your land has become a burden to you in old age and you don't know where to entrust it once you have passed your you have children who have no interest in carrying it forward. Donating your land to the LNC ensures that all future generations of Lnug people will benefit from your donation. LNC land is exclusively reserved for Lnug citizens.
